Student Portal A moment to Pause, to integrate & to digest
Student Integration Page
Blessings beautiful Soul, we have now entered into your Integration space within the start of your "Holistic Embodiment & Integration"container.
This page is dedicated for your integrations for after and in between our class/sessions, providing the space where your realizations can be witnessed and acknowledged as you Journey into a deeper dive in integrating what has been poured into you from the teachers you have learned from within your Studies & Practice.
Please know to be delicate yet also dedicated within your time and energy, where you sit with what has shifted, transitioned, realized and especially within the areas that may have left you feeling empowered, inspired, or perhaps confused and/or unsure.
When setting the space & dedication for the self/student self, the first step is to breathe and know that learning is an on-going journey and it doesn't end here. In addition, remember that you are not alone on this Journey. Therefore, allow yourself to be seen, witnessed, and open through the process.
Please note, that after your moments of realization, sit within a breath meditation practice even if it's only for 5 or 20 minutes.

DOCUMENTS & FILES
Below you will find the current generating list of your teachers and their elements based on our most recent class.
As this list will continue to be updated. Please do save and begin to make your own notes on how you resonate with each teacher and their medicine.
I have listed below the forms that were provided in the beginning of the year that would support you in doing at home practice sessions and sitting with the essences of the plants.
Therefore, I would like to invite you to set a few hours apart for the "Practitioner" in YOU. (remember you are your first client). Where you can sit with the plants, the land, to recall/pull on what you have learned and see what technique/medicine comes forward to support (you) your client/patient.
I will be providing case studies as we go on and would like to read/hear on what tool comes forward for you to bring forward the support.
