Over the course of nine weeks, participants will dive deep into the anatomy, hormonal health, and emotional connections of the female body.
Each week alternates between educational sessions led by Serena and integration weeks guided by Kati, allowing participants to apply the knowledge they’ve gained through embodiment practices, self-care rituals, and reflection. |
🔸 Week 1: Introduction and Hormones, Glands, and the Stages of a Woman's Journey- 120 min
Guided by both Kati & Serena Explore the phases of a famale's life, while gaining insights into the role of hormones and the endocrine system as a whole. We will explore hormonal impacts on a female's physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. 🔸 Week 2: Integration and Application of Hormonal Health 90 min Guided by Kati Kati will guide participants through Ayurvedic self-care practices to support hormonal balance. Learn practical tools such as gua sha, abhyanga (self-massage), and breathwork to nurture emotional well-being. 🔸 Week 3: Pleasure and Claiming Our Power 90 min Guided by Serena Destigmatize conversations around pleasure and celebrate the incredible anatomy and power of the vulva. This week focuses on fostering a deeper relationship with your body and claiming your personal power. 🔸 Week 4: Integration and Application of Pleasure and Body Empowerment 90 min Guided by Kati Kati will guide reflective practices, including journaling, movement, and meditation, to reconnect participants with their bodies and cultivate empowerment. 🔸 Week 5: Breasts and Chest – Ever-Changing Organs 90 min Guided by Serena Discover the anatomy and physiology of the breasts/chest, their monthly changes, and ways to support breast health and emotional connection. |
🔸 Week 6: Integration and Application of Breast/Chest Health 90 min Guided by Kati Kati will lead embodiment practices to release stored emotions from the chest space. Through guided touch, breathwork, and Ayurvedic rituals, participants will reconnect with their body and cultivate compassionate self-care. 🔸 Week 7: Uterus, Pelvic Floor, and Emotions 90 min Guided by Serena Explore the spaces of the uterus and pelvic floor, highlighting the emotional and energetic connections held within these spaces. Serena will uncover how the physical structures of our pelvis impact our daily life with a deep understanding of how emotions manifest in this area. 🔸 Week 8: Integration and Application of Uterus and Pelvic Floor Health Guided by Kati Kati will lead practices to strengthen and release the pelvic floor, reconnect with the womb space through visualization and movement, and offer Ayurvedic rituals for reproductive health. 🔸 Week 9: Closing and Reflection Guided by both Kati & Serena This final session offers a space to share insights, celebrate personal growth, and reflect on the journey. Together, participants will close the container with gratitude and intention, embracing the next steps in their path of self-discovery and embodiment. |
🔸 9 Weekly 90-Minute Group Virtual Calls
Each week, participants will gather in a supportive, online space to explore the themes of the program. The calls include both educational sessions and interactive discussions to foster connection, learning, and growth. Participants will be guided through topics such as hormonal health, anatomy, emotional well-being, and self-empowerment. 🔸 (1) 1-Hour & (1) 30-Minute Private Session with Kati Participants will have two personalized sessions with Kati to dive deeper into their personal journey. These sessions may include Ayurvedic self-care practices, embodiment exercises, or exploring emotional patterns and ancestral stories that arise during the program. 🔸 (1) 1-Hour & (1) 30-Minute Private Session with Serena In addition to the group calls, participants will also have two private sessions with Serena to address specific questions and receive personalized guidance on female health, anatomy, and hormonal well-being. 🔸 Self-Care Package Participants will receive a thoughtfully curated package of self-care materials to support their journey. This may include tools for Ayurvedic rituals, herbal teas, body care products, journaling prompts, and other items to nurture their well-being throughout the program. |
🔸 Integration Weeks with Hands-On Practices
Every other week, Kati will guide participants through practical, hands-on practices to integrate the knowledge shared by Serena. These embodiment practices may include breathwork, visualization, movement exercises, and Ayurvedic rituals to help participants embody their learning. 🔸 Reflective Journaling & Self-Inquiry Prompts Throughout the program, participants will be provided with journaling prompts and self-inquiry exercises to deepen their personal reflection. These prompts are designed to help participants uncover hidden truths, release emotional blockages, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. 🔸 Community Support & Shared Space Participants will be part of a supportive, like-minded community throughout the program. The group calls create a space for shared experiences, insights, and connections, fostering a sense of belonging and mutual support. 🔸 Practical Tools for Lifelong Integration Beyond the 9 weeks, participants will walk away with practical tools and practices they can continue to use in their daily lives. These include self-care rituals, emotional regulation techniques, and methods for reconnecting with their body’s wisdom and inner power. |

Kati Inez Mesa is a first-generation Latin American with rich Cuban and Peruvian roots. Born and raised in New Jersey, Kati's journey toward independence and self-discovery began at the age of 14, shaping her into a compassionate and insightful guide. Today, her life’s mission is to empower individuals to reclaim and embody their true essence, reconnecting with their inner strength and authentic purpose. As a 5th generation medicine and ceremonial woman, Kati remains deeply rooted in her heritage and actively participates within her Quechua and Shipibo community in Peru, bringing ancestral wisdom into her practice. Kati’s academic journey spans Kean University (Criminal Justice), Lesley University, dhyana Ayurvedic Education, Sacred Stream Foundations, and Oaksterdam University. |
Serena Saeed-WinnSerena is the Founder of The Kaz Project, A Midwifery Corporation
Serena is a mother, certified nurse midwife and women’s health nurse practitioner. She became a midwife and nurse practitioner in 2009, earning her degree from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). Since becoming a midwife she has worked at Sage Femme Birth Center, St. Luke’s Hospital (now CPMC Mission Bernal), The Homeless Prenatal Program and The San Francisco Birth Center. She is currently the founder and primary midwife of The KAZ Project, a Midwifery Corporation. Through the KAZ Project she offers in-home postpartum, lactation and well-person care. The KAZ Project also offers workshops and classes for new and expectant families to help reduce the isolation and singular focus that comes from being a parent. As a midwife and mother of three she understands the postpartum and female health from the perspective of a provider, a parent and a woman. |
