Blessings Nastrah, we are here & now. As we begin this next stage within your Journey of healing and growth. Would like to first begin by you taking a moment to just sit back and breathe.

This will be the first step when diving into this Portal space, where you step away from what you have been around and create the space to be here and now.

Nastrah, we have began our Journey in the New Moon of Libra, which holds the energy of relations and the power of choice. This New Moon, brings forward a lot on how is it that we will begin a refreshed step with old relations arising and even a new perspective on areas that you have been working on. Which can be family relations, Self-Identity, Self Needs, Sense of Self, Independence and confidence.

As we dive into the "Inner Exploration" you will begin to notice a bit more details within the layers that has surfaced before and/or deeper layers arising. That's ok, I am here along with your inner guides and Creator to assist and guide you.

Recognizing that this work within the triggers are to surface and assist. Until it no longer triggers you, is when you have made peace with this part.

Write out and sit within the universal calendar based on the days of focus
(i.e. noticing - wanting to be held or even loved - especially by mother "Venus day") .

Guidelines before beginning:

Listen to Audio
Set about 1 hour per Soul to sit with (remember not on the same day)
Write it out
Notice where within your body it surfaces
Take full deep breaths and remember that this is what will assist in transmuting and transforming what has arisen or what is unknown
Before closing your night - before bed - Journal what you have realized
If there is an area that is still unknown, ask for it to come forward within your dream

This Guided Body Scan Inner Journey is customized and created for your Inner Exploration Journey. Where the more you listen to this recording the more you are able to arrive into this space when we dive into your Somatic Bodywork.

Create a time and space, perhaps 2 hours before bed or a day that you do not have anything planned for a few hours. Allowing space for integration and to reflect of what came forward.

Make sure you have a notebook right beside you so that when your Journey closes you can make notes of your Inner Journey.

Your Practice is Your Body

You have witness that the most important practice is truly experiencing your body with your breath. Where it isn't just about you guiding yourself with your mind, it is your breath being present with every aspect of your body. Where you are capable of fully feeling your breath by just being in the breath.

Breathe Practice
A hands on practice is placing your hands over your belly and allowing yourself to feel your belly expand as you breathe in fully. Then allow the moment to pause by holding your breath but also feeling where in your body did your breath hold at. Finally slowly releasing the valve by slowly exhaling along with your hands on your belly to feel your abdomen contract.

Your Value is Your Ritual
Self Massage: Bringing this forward again, as this is where your body and your presences meets. When we touch with presences, we meet parts of ourselves with love. True Love, not quick, brief or verbal love but TRUE LOVE. When we learn how to create this moment with ourselves, we recognize that this moment is priceless it can't be skipped nor forgotten. Not one toe, pinky, elbow, knee nor calves. This is where we experience the value of our own presences through the consistency aka ritual we create with ourselves.

Body Scan Inner Journey:
See each body part holds aspects of your inner and outer world. So now I ask you, what part of your body is in need of more touch, oil, soak or even a salt scrub?

This is why by you sitting within the above Inner Journey of the "Body Scan" you begin to unveil these layers that is wanting to be seen but it begins with consistency (ritual).

Therefore to prep for the upcoming Somatic Bodywork, kindly submit 2-3 entries of your Body Scan Inner Journey. (if there is any concern or difficulties within the inner journey please note it. from audio or difficulties to concentrate)

Experiencing Embodiment is something that isn't described into ones words but reflected throughout one's life.

Within this 7th Session the start of Month 3, we will be mapping out all the tools and practices you have gathered within the past months and tools that are part of you (rituals and practices - prior to "I AM" Journey).

Yes, it may sound like we are starting from the beginning but what we are doing is going full circle as we sit within this last Full Moon of 2019 Intentions.

As we have arrived to a close within this 3-Month Inner Exploration Journey, we acknowledge that the Journey continues within and out. Where we apply and re-apply the many tools that has arisen within your "I AM" & "Inner Exploration" Journey. Danielle, continue with your practice and your inner stillness. Know that it will continue to Evolve as you continue to surrender and trust the unfoldment of what comes forward. This Journey we call "Life" reminds us that our purpose is that we are here to "Grow". Grow beyond the levels that our ancestors reached and embody the Truth of our Existence. May every step you take be filled with surrendering, trust, love, compassion, passion and excitement.
