Blessings Tamar, we are here & now. Embarking on a 3-Month Healing & Journey of healing, learning and growth. Would like to first begin by you taking a moment to just sit back and breathe.
This will be the first step when diving into this Portal space, where you step away from what you have been around and create the space to be here and now.
Tamar, our Journey has begun. First I would like to express my gratitude for you taking the space to truly embark within your Healing Journey, within yourself. Where it all begins with you, and only you.
As shared, this space is your sacred portal, a platform created so that you can share where you have been within your integration and/or of any unexpected events/physical symptoms that you find pressing to share. For this Journey is not just yours it is ours, for I am here as your Holistic practitioner/facilitator to assist you to embody what is your True Thriving Self.
Therefore, take a moment, breathe and know that you are not alone on this Journey and yes it is a process. A process that will require patiences, dedication, trust and surrendering.

Initial Holistic Wellness Session Month 1: Body Session 1 - June 27

Hydration (add Electrolyte: 1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt into a glass bottle of water): Click here
Balance within physical/movement: creating the space to do at least 15min of Yoga as soon as you rise

Journaling (2) : *Journal your Body's expressions (Symptoms), acknowledging them. *Journal to begin your day (intentions) and to close your day, dump out your day.
Create space for your inner child, taking trips with her
Note how much water are you drinking and how often are you peeing (notice how long does it take you to go pee)
Research the story of the "Wall of China", (Its purpose/benefits, how, and why was it created) and see how does that story play within your inner world. (Seeing the Story: how are you walking that wall)

Continue Journal Practice: Closing your night by emptying what sits within your mind and space -
Providing Integration Notes, Dreams and what may have been arising.
Beginning an AM Ritual
Movement: Circulation
Yoga & Stretch for at least 20-45mins (make note how many minutes you are in it)
Nourishment:
Hydration: Drinking up to 1/2 Gallon of water a day. Either with Flax seeds or Chia seeds
Grounding/Chai Tea: (2-4 inch cut into Cubes) Ginger, (7) Clove, (2) Cinnamon Sticks, (7) Cardamon Pods
Creating a Milky Chai for Nourishment of our Inner Child (evening). Soaked Walnuts then blend with the tea and (5-7) dates
Self Love/Self Massage: Is the moments you are creating for you. For it is lubrication for your emotional & Spiritual Body.
