A Dive into your Energetic Body

HOME PRACTICES

Week Five

  • Create space to sit with each and every energetic center, and notice which one may feel blocked, vulnerable and balanced?   
  • Which energetic center holds more than any of the other? 
  • Noticing when did your energetic center begin to fall off balance? (childhood, love, friendships etc. )
  • When looking at your current Journey within each Center, scale 1-5 (where 1 lacked connection/none to 5 deeply connected.
  • Journal and witness your life and see what gets fed more and how it can be adjusted based on your next steps within your Journey. ​​

Week Four

  • What is your relationship with each Body?   
  • How do you exist within each one (Physical, Mental, Emotional & Spiritual)
  • Within your Childhood, what body was supported the most? 
  • When looking at your current Journey within each body, scale 1-5 (where 1 is fed less/none to 5 is fed the most).
  • Journal and witness your life and see what gets fed more and how it can be adjusted based on your next steps within your Journey. ​​

Week Three

  • What elements/dosha resonates with your Journey now?   
  • Begin to notice which element do you sit with more based on percentage. (i.e. 30% spiritual aka ether/air, 20% Focused/Intellect Fire/Water, 50% caretaker aka water earth)
  • Journal and witness when you are within these elements based on Balance & Unbalance. 
  • Sit with, what trigger is current within your life that has been really dominant within your relations? 
  • What areas within your life you feel really solid and grounded? 
  • Notice which soul within your life Journey may hold a Soul Mate, Soul Family, Karmic Soul, Life Partner or Twin Flame Agreement. ​

Week Two

  • Witnessing the unfoldment of creation based on the Feminine & Masculine within your life. 
  • Noticing the essences of the feminine and masculine, and which one has been more dominant & secondary within your actions and/or thought/emotions.  
  • Journal your Mirror practice.

Week One

  • I AM: Dive into the layers of yourself. Who is speaking when stating your "I AM..."
  • How do you identify/introduce yourself? (i.e. Hi I am...).
  • Journal your Mirror practice. Notice the layers that arise? 
  • Notice how are you living as the Universe? Describe it

Tools to sit with for the

  • Your alter space: Create a set space to sit, Prayer/Meditation/Reflection space
  • Daily Journaling - Noting your Life's unfoldment 
  • Unload: Write just to let go (i.e. can begin with, I have no idea to write but I am just writing...)
  • Meditations: Coming back to your breath and your center.
  • Mirror: Gazing into your Eyes. "Who are you" "Who am I"
  • I AM ... 
  • Review the replay at least 1x before next call.

Within the 7 week Journey she will be bringing forth all of herself that has learned from her teachers within the Amazons, Cuba, Ancestral Roots, Tibetan Ayurveda, Buddhism, Shamanism, Holistic & Transpersonal Psychology.
