Our Journey is designed to support us as we move through these unique times. Where it isn't just content we are taking in, but its also our application and actions on how we show up for ourselves and for Spirit.

• Bonus: 1:1 (60 min.) Soul Guide Session with Kati (you will receive an invite to book your session)

• Week 1: Introductory & Who & What is the Self within the lens of the Soul
• Week 2 & 3: Our Souls Journey & Soul Contracts 
• Week 4 & 5: Layers of your Existences (Elemental, Physical, Mental, Emotional & Spiritual)
• Week 6: Uncovering & Owning the tools within
• Week 7: Touching on Body Awareness - Closing with Full Moon in Capricorn (more in depth within Body Awareness Series)​ ​

• Have a separate notebook. Which will hold onto your content along with your integration/experiences after each session.
• Download the updated version of Zoom. Click here
• Please sign the "Real Eye's the Self" Agreement form which you will find on your welcome email. 
• Jot down all the meeting dates and times for our calls. 
• Note down any questions, to be shared within the Q & A section of our call. 
• Also begin to note what are certain patterns within your life. Either within yourself, others, love ones, work, intimate relations and so on. 
• Create space outside of our calls to integrate and to apply practices. (Time slots titled "My Soul Knowing")

​Kati Inez Mesa

is the Founder of Love, Awareness & Purpose Healing Arts. As a Holistic Health, Ayurvedic Practitioner, Alchemical Hypnotherapist, Spiritual Counselor, Empowerment & Transformational Speaker, Mentor & Coach. 

For 10+ years she has facilitated many gatherings throughout the US, Cuba, Peru & Colombia. Providing tools of empowerment, elemental body awareness, ancestral healing, inner child healing, spiritual, emotional, mental, physical healing and life purpose embodiment. 

Within the 7 week Journey she will be bringing forth all of herself that has learned from her teachers within the Amazons, Cuba, Ancestral Roots, Tibetan Ayurveda, Buddhism, Shamanism, Holistic & Transpersonal Psychology.
