Tools to sit with for the
​Next 7 Weeks

  • Your alter space: Create a set space to sit, Prayer/Meditation/Reflection space
  • Journaling - Noting your Life's unfoldment 
  • Unload: Write just to let go (i.e. can begin with, I have no idea to write but I am just writing...)
  • Meditations: Coming back to your breath and your center.
  • Mirror: Begin to look into the mirror and ask. "Who are you" "Who am I"
  • I AM ... 
  • Review the replay at least 1-2x before next call.

HOME PRACTICES

Week Two

  • Witnessing the unfoldment of creation based on the Feminine & Masculine within your life. 
  • Noticing the essences of the feminine and masculine, and which one has been more dominant & secondary within your actions and/or thought/emotions.  
  • Journal your Mirror practice.

Week One

  • I AM: Dive into the layers of yourself. Who is speaking when stating your "I AM..."
  • How do you identify/introduce yourself? (i.e. Hi I am...).
  • Journal your practice & your mirror work. Notice the layers that arise? 
  • Notice how are you living as the Universe? Describe it
